Easily installed via a web browser, Secure Virtual Assist allows technicians to chat, transfer files, access and reboot a customer’s computer remotely to diagnose and fix problems. Session recording enables administrators to capture troubleshooting steps that can be distributed to others facing the same issue. It seamlessly integrates into the existing network and authentication infrastructure and doesn’t require setting complex policies on primary firewall or gateway devices.
